Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, one of the major corporate employers on the Gold Coast, is moving more than 500 employees, spread across five older buildings in Bundall, to the new Wyndham Corporate Centre following its lease of a brand new building.

The property at 1 Corporate Court, Bundall, which was developed by a private syndicate managed by Trident Corporation, is located in the heart of the Gold Coast’s financial precinct and is a Green Building Council of Australia five-star, green-star rated office tower.

Wyndham will occupy over four and a half floors, of the 8-storey building over a lease period of 10 years. The modern facilities with an efficient floor plan that has been designed for Wyndham’s requirements take in extensive views of the Gold Coast and hinterland and include a large, cafe style staff lunch room and gym.

“As our company continues to expand and grow in Asia Pacific, relocating to state-of-the-art premises cements our confidence and commitment in this region for our business,” he said.

The team responsible for orchestrating the mammoth move is being directed by David Schollenberger, Senior Vice President Legal and Compliance, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and Stuart Sanford, Director of Projects and Facilities.
