Accor recently marked Pullman’s status as Australia’s largest 5-star hotel brand in style with a glamourous soiree held at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, hosted by Channel Seven star Larry Edmur.

More than 200 people packed the waterfront hotel at Circular Quay as singing sensation Jessica Mauboy kicked off the evening’s performances and had the crowd going with hits from her latest movie The Sapphires.

Fresh from Las Vegas, Human Nature brought their Motown sounds and wowed guests with classics including ‘Aint No Mountain High Enough’ and ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’.

The Taittinger Champagne was flowing and guests enjoyed fresh seafood and canapés inspired by Pullman’s new culinary consultant Justin North. Waiters were on hand with roaming dessert trays with an assortment of chocolates, macaroons, crèmebrulee and coconut and mango sago pots.

The Channel Seven crew including Kerri-Anne Kennerly, Melissa Doyle, Kylie Gillies, Larry Edmur, Mark Beretta, David Koch, Michael Pell were out in full force celebrating with high flyers from the travel and hotel industry.

The evening attracted Pullman executives who flew in from Accor’s head offices in Paris, Singapore, China and across Australia.
