Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay’s hip new bar and restaurant Sundara has been one of the island’s success stories since it opened in February 2013.

Sundara has created a Seminyak-esque experience in popular Jimbaran Bay and thanks to its day beds, infinity pool and exceptional food and drinks, it’s been a hit since the doors first opened.

HM flew to Bali with Virgin Australia, which offers direct flights to the island from Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Tickets are now all-inclusive (a checked bag, food and beverages, plus entertainment on certain flights) and HM recommends flying in Business Class, which gives you an extra level of service, food courtesy of star chef Luke Mangan and premium Australian wine for not much more than the price of a Flexi fare down the back.
