Toga Hotels is on the expansion trail in Germany once more with the announcement a second Adina is set to be built in Frankfurt.
The 180 room Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Messe will be located in Europaviertel, close to popular shopping mall Skyline Plaza and the new congress center Kap Europa.
Adina Apartment Hotels, part of the Toga Hotels family of brands, have signed a 15 year fixed-lease agreement and the hotel will open in autumn 2016.
“We are excited to be developing another Frankfurt Hotel in such a prime location,” said Toga Hotels CEO, Rachel Argaman.
“The new property will provide Australian and New Zealand travellers with more locations to stay, and enjoy the comforts of home at Adina Apartment Hotels across Europe.”
Hosting 180 studios and apartments on a surface area of some 11,500 square metres, the rooms will be designed to suit guests’ needs with a range of efficient features such as fully equipped kitchens, laundries and comfortable living spaces. The hotel will boast skyline views of Frankfurt, with all the regular features including 24-hour reception, restaurant and bar, room service, conference rooms and a fitness room.
“The success of Adina Apartment Hotel at the Neue Oper has motivated us to take a tenancy on a second hotel establishment in Frankfurt,” said Matthias Niemeyer, Head of Development of Toga Hotels in Germany.
“This location between the new congress center and the Skyline Plaza, with one of the largest indoor spas in Germany will be ideal for future guests.”
There are currently seven Adina Apartment Hotels across Europe with properties in Copenhagen, Hamburg, Budapest, Berlin and Frankfurt.
