Roger Crellin

FCS Computer Systems (FCS) has appointed Roger Crellin as Executive Director, with responsibilities focusing on the North America and EMEA regions.

An accomplished professional with proven results in leading and developing organizations around the world, Crellin, an Australian, will be also tasked with enhancing company efforts in customer service and software development.

“With FCS continuing to experience substantial growth, I look forward to contributing my knowledge and experience in hospitality, strategic planning and business operations to provide new and existing customer groups with the highest level of service throughout those areas,” Crellin said.

“As a global organization that is renowned for offering efficiency and convenience through its various solutions, we understand the importance of providing effective leadership that can ensure each account’s specific needs are fully met. In my new role as Executive Director, I fully plan to continue that tradition.”

Having built an impressive background in skill areas such as product innovation, Crellin will consequently focus on enhancing customer service and software development. Using his extensive set of skills and experience, Crellin will assist FCS in continuing to enhance its services while strengthening visibility and understanding of the ‘FCS Rainbow Solution’, ensuring the delivery of tailor-made solutions that can effectively address any customer business issues.

Prior to joining FCS, Crellin’s experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for Cologne-based Acentic GmbH, a designer and manufacturer of IP television components and multimedia services.

Under his guidance, the company grew its customer base by 11 percent while successfully producing a 200 percent revenue increase across seven subsidiaries

Also previously employed by Fujifilm Retail Australasia as General Manager, Crellin is credited with developing and executing a digital media transition strategy that resulted in a 25 percent growth of the core business.

Holding a Master’s in business administration from the Melbourne Business School, Crellin has also represented the Australian Tourism Industry and served as a media spokesperson in eleven countries for a variety of organizations.
