Crown Promenade Perth new rooms 1 EDITED

Crown Promenade Perth is currently undergoing a room refurbishment and modernisation project, due for completion on June 1, 2015.

Opening its doors in 2005, each of Crown Promenade’s 291 guest rooms are being redesigned with a vibrant new colour palette, fresh carpeting, luxury furnishings and contemporary finishes.

Melbourne based designer Lombard and Jack are the visionary behind the new design and selected the colour palette to reflect the tones and shades of Western Australia.

Each guest room features artwork in the form of the Swan, the Western Australian State symbol, complemented by artwork in the foyers showcasing famous locations such as Broome and Rottnest.

The jewel in the Crown has to be the custom-made beds! Every guest room features a new, luxurious top-of-the-range model designed to provide maximum comfort for the ultimate accommodation experience.

Crown Hotels Chief Operating Officer, Peter Crinis, said the refurbishment was an integral step in Crown’s development and journey as a leading accommodation provider in Western Australia.

“The refurbishment of Crown Promenade Perth will provide corporate and leisure travellers with a stylish and modern product offering which is both luxurious and affordable,” he said.

“This is a milestone project for Crown; we are exceptionally proud of the progress to date and we’re very much looking forward to presenting the newly updated property to the marketplace,” Crinis said.

He said the hotel’s 4.5-star AAA rating reflects the new high standard of accommodation.

The hotel’s Lobby is also undergoing refurbishment with tiled feature walls and a central skylight; a new business centre facility will also open in the hotel.
