British Airways is reporting strong demand on its twice-daily London-Sydney services in the wake of a strong Australian dollar and new onboard product.

Speaking exclusively to HM on camera at the airline’s flagship Terminal 5 at London Heathrow, British Airways’ Customer Experience Development Manager, Richard d’Cruze, said the new onboard product, including a revamped Club World (business class) and an all-new FIRST class, was winning over the travelling public.
