Pan Pacific Perth has revealed its multi-million dollar plans to introduce a hotel refresh set to commence in December 2014.
The three-month refurbishment project, that’s expected to be completed in early 2015, will unveil “a new premium level of sophistication to the five star property”, according to the hotel.
Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s Area General Manager of Oceania, Craig Bond, said Pan Pacific Perth would remain fully operational throughout the three-month refurbishment.
“The transformation of the current hotel will allow Pan Pacific Perth to cater to the ever more educated and discerning clientele of families, leisure and business travellers to the city,” he said.
“The refurbishment is in line with meeting the growing demands in the Perth CBD for premium business accommodation.
“We hope that through the hotel’s modern design coupled with our rejuvenated guestrooms and luxurious facilities, guests will find their stay experience elevated to a new and innovative level of sophistication,” he said.
Bond said the refurbishment “promises to deliver a newly invigorated and enriching hotel experience with modern touches of luxury to business and leisure travellers in the heart of Perth”.
Pan Pacific Perth’s refurbishment is set to offer a new standard of accommodation for the property with 124 rooms and eight suites undergoing a complete re-model that will add premium facilities.
The transformation of the hotel will meet Pan Pacific’s ongoing commitment to provide luxury business and leisure accommodation, featuring up-to-the-minute technology.
The hotel will be equipped with enhanced connectivity to the Internet and LED interactive TVs as well as upgraded conferencing facilities.
Meanwhile, revamped bathroom facilities featuring a new premium brand of amenities, designer soft furnishings, new carpets, updated lighting, as well as wall and door fittings, will complement the hotel’s existing dining and spa décor.
