Members of Le Club AccorHotels across the globe can now exchange their points for tickets, upgrades, special offers and merchandise on Europe’s Eurostar high-speed rail service which links London with Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and a number of other short-haul destinations.
Conversely, members of Club Eurostar can now use their points for free hotel nights and discounts at more than 4,500 AccorHotels properties globally, including Elite Experiences, Dream Stays, the La Collection e-boutique and tickets to events at AccorHotels Arena in Paris. The tie-up is understood to be the first of its kind among two land-based loyalty programs.
To activate the offer, members of either loyalty program need to become members of the other, if they are not already. Points exchange is available at a rate of 500 Club Eurostar Points for 1,500 Le Club AccorHotels points. In the other direction, you’ll need a minimum balance of 4,000 Le Club AccorHotels points to convert to 350 Club Eurostar points.
AccorHotels Senior Vice President of Loyalty, Isabelle Birem, said the partnership between the two programs would contribute to making every customer’s journey unique.
“This large-scale partnership is a major step towards the implementation of the Group’s augmented hospitality strategy in Europe, a strategic market. Le Club AccorHotels’ vision is to offer its members exclusive benefits and privileges.”
