Arise Hotels and Apartments is rebranding to Cllix Apartments and Hotels as it seeks to ‘reimagine hospitality’ with innovation, technology and customer service designed to appeal to the savvy, modern traveller.
A division of the Queensland-based Song Properties, Cllix has over 20 properties and 2,500 apartments across Australia including the Brisbane Skytower and Collins House in Melbourne, and plans to expand internationally in the future.
“The rebrand signifies an exciting evolution for our group as we continue to focus on expansion opportunities both here in Australia and key new markets such as North America, Asia and Europe,” said Song Properties and Cllix Apartments and Hotels CEO, Michael Song.
“Our rebrand to Cllix Apartments and Hotels is well-aligned with our company’s image of being a modern, young and dynamic player in the ApartHotel sector, delivering a memorable and seamless stay for our guests.”
The company has launched a new website, apple-green logo, and a refreshed brand philosophy, ‘Creating Tomorrow’s Seamless Experiences’, as part of its refreshed image.
Self-service technology will be a key feature of its offering, with new self-service kiosks, currently located in select properties, rolled out across the entire network.
The latest tech can create and dispense room keys, locate reservations, process payments, record service requests and provide important hotel information.
Guests will also have access to a new 24/7 online concierge, through which Cllix’s customer service representatives can assist with booking enquiries, or provide information and recommendations to in-house guests.
In each room, a QR code will connect guests to a property guide with all details of onsite services, guest facilities, and surrounding attractions and experiences.
“More than ever, travellers are seeking a convenient and stress-free experience which extends through to their accommodation, and we are confident we will deliver on that with our new website, 24/7 online concierge, and hassle-free self-service kiosks,” Song said.
“As a company, we are looking to bridge the gap between online travel marketplaces like Airbnb and traditional hotels; consider Cllix the half-way point where guests can enjoy the best of both worlds.”
Cllix will cater to business travellers, weekenders, families and long-stays with a mix of self-contained studios and apartments in one-, two-, three- and, in some cases, four-bedroom configurations. Each apartment features full kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as separate living and sleeping areas.
