Wyndham Destinations has announced 11 new appointments within the company’s resort operations leadership team.
Regional Vice President of Resort Operations for the Southern California region, Jeff Pank, has been promoted with his responsibilities now expanded to include the full California region.
He will oversee 29 resorts across three brands, Shell Vacations Club, Club Wyndham, and WorldMark by Wyndham, and will oversee the daily operations of 13 properties.
Reporting to Pank, Abdul Abou Shadi and Alan Hopkins have both been promoted from General Manager positions to Directors of Resort Operations for Northern and Southern California.
Also in Pank’s region, Beau Bryan joins the company as General Manager at Peacock Suites in Anaheim, California. He brings over 10 years of resort management experience, having managed properties ranging from 70 keys to nearly 500.
Racheal Giannecchini has been named General Manager at WorldMark San Diego – Mission Valley. She has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, 11 as a General Manager at multiple timeshare resorts across California and British Columbia. Most recently, she held the General Manager position at Club Wyndham Harbour Lights.
Blaine Redfern, who joined Wyndham Destinations in 2003, is expanding his role as Multi-Site General Manager at Club Wyndham Harbour Lights, Inn at the Park, and WorldMark San Diego – Balboa Park, while Adam Ritch has been promoted to Multi-Site General Manager for WorldMark Cathedral City and WorldMark Palm Springs.
There has also been several changes in General Manager positions across other locations, including the appointment of Jacque Cruce as Multi-Site General Manager at WorldMark Rancho Vistoso and Club Wyndham Starr Pass Golf Suites in Arizona.
Christina Douglas has been promoted to General Manager at Club Wyndham / WorldMark Galena in Illinois, while Todd Koth has been named General Manager at WorldMark Chelan Lake House in Washington.
Michael Murray has been appointed Multi-Site General Manager at Club Wyndham Nashville and Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham – Nashville in Tennessee, and Derek Schmidt recently joined the company as General Manager at Club Wyndham Resort at Avon in Colorado.
