Pro-invest Hotels has made two senior appointments to its corporate team, with Emily Foster taking up the position of Head of Commercial, and Caleb Morris named Director of Hotel Openings and Revenue Strategy.
Foster, an experienced executive who has led teams across Australia, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, joined the business in mid-2022 as Director of Commercial Excellence.
She will be responsible for key areas of revenue management, reservations, sales, marketing and PR, while also managing the commercial direction and revenue delivery for Pro-invest Hotels and Vista Hospitality Group.
Morris held several leadership roles across Australia with IHG prior to joining Pro-invest in 2020, as Head of Pro-invest Revenue Centre. He will be responsible for managing hotel openings across the portfolio.
“Both of these high-level appointments signal an incredible period of growth for Pro-invest Hotels as we kick-start the year with a number of exciting new properties in the pipeline,” said Pro-invest’s Chief Operating Officer – Hotels, Shantha de Silva.
“We’re thrilled to promote Emily and Caleb into these new roles and know that having such experienced and talented leaders within our corporate team will see continued growth across the business.”
Pro-invest Hotels doubled its hotel portfolio in 2022 with openings including the launch of Australia’s first Kimpton hotel, Kimpton Margot Sydney, Holiday Inn Express and Suites Sunshine Coast – the first in the country, as well as the first voco branded hotel in New Zealand, voco Auckland City Centre.
