BESO, at Hotel Indigo Melbourne, is a testament to integrating exceptional dining with quality stays. While, in Sydney, Luc-San, backed by Chef Luke Mangan, serves as a prime example of Pro-invest Group’s collaborations with top culinary talent. This partnership with Mangan isn’t a first; they’ve previously tasted success with him at Kimpton Margot Sydney and the one-hatted Luke’s Kitchen. These newest culinary pursuits join La Madonna (one hat) at NEXT Hotel Melbourne and Izakaya Publico at Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre amongst others.
Driving this focus on dining is their growing in-house Food & Beverage team.
