Western Australia’s first Courtyard by Marriott hotel is due to open in Perth in February 2024 with the arrival of Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch.
The 150-room new-build hotel will be the hospitality centrepiece of the mixed-use Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, which is Perth’s fastest growing urban catchment.
General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch, James Illing, said the hotel complements the mixed-use amenity within precinct.
“The hotel will deliver a first-class hospitality offering that caters to the Precinct and the broad range of users it will attract,” Illing said.
“The modern-styled guest rooms offer a sophisticated yet comfortable stay along with a contemporary dining offering and an intimate space for meetings and small conferences on-site.”
Designed by global architecture and design firm Hassell Studios, the hotel combines comfort and functionality.
An artisanal cafe and Asian bistro, Substance Restaurant and Bar, will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner menus alongside a grab-and-go offering.
The Dampiera Library offers meeting space for small corporate groups and conferences, including a pre-function area, outdoor balcony and meeting room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The hotel’s guest rooms, including two suites, feature classic styling with plush bedding and flexible workspaces.
