Hilton’s partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) is now live with the addition of nearly 400 boutique properties on all Hilton direct booking channels, including all Ovolo hotels in Australia and Ovolo Central in Hong Kong.
From July 9, these properties will be available on Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app, with members of Hilton Honors able to earn and redeem Points for SLH stays.
Ovolo’s Group Director of Sales, Revenue and Distribution, Ryan Tuckerman, said the collaboration offers exciting opportunities to showcase Ovolo to the world.
“We are excited to be part of this prestigious partnership between SLH and Hilton,” said Tuckerman.
“This collaboration allows us to extend the unique Ovolo hospitality experience to a broader global audience, particularly Hilton Honors members.
“We are already seeing positive signs with bookings and are enthusiastic about the opportunities this partnership brings. We look forward to welcoming guests and showing them the Ovolo way, which is all about delivering amazing hospitality and unforgettable experiences.”
With a collection of well-known brands including Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Conrad Hotels and Resorts, LXR Hotels and Resorts and Signia by Hilton, the partnership broadens Hilton’s luxury offering with a range of unique properties from rustic huts and woodland treehouses to rainforest retreats and coastal villas.
“Integrating with Small Luxury Hotels of the World allows us to expand the Hilton stay experience and travel aspirations for all guests, with special opportunities for our loyal Hilton Honors members,” said Hilton President, Global Brands and Commercial Services, Chris Silcock.
“The hundreds of independently minded properties are highly complementary to our renowned luxury portfolio and support Hilton’s ongoing efforts to expand and create distinct, localised travel experiences for our guests.”
Since the announcement in February, 390 SLH properties have opted to join into the partnership with more hotels expected to come onboard.
“Through this collaboration, Hilton guests and Hilton Honors members will receive a warm welcome at SLH member hotels, allowing them to experience our distinctive approach to hospitality,” said Small Luxury Hotels of the World Chairman, Shaun Leleu.
“This alliance expands the reach of our boutique hotels to Hilton’s loyal and discerning clientele, transforming the global landscape for independently owned hotels in a remarkable way.”
