EVT is set to take over management of the 74-room Alex Hotel in Perth with the property joining the Independent Collection by EVT in mid-August.
Located at 50 James St, Alex Hotel includes the renowned Shadow Wine Bar and Dining Room located next door, behind a classical 1950’s façade on William Street.

In addition to its modern Italian restaurant, the hotel features a lobby bar and a guest exclusive mezzanine floor with complimentary breakfast options, conference spaces, including a 16-person boardroom, private rooftop terrace and social spaces, complete with a book collection and in-house vinyl record player
Guest rooms present industrial quality craftmanship, locally sourced amenities and hand sculpted bathroom ceramics by artist Simone Nabhlz.
