TFE Hotels’ highly anticipated new-build property, The Eve Hotel Sydney, is leveraging the creative minds behind experience-led hospitality group Liquid and Larder to curate must-visit food and beverage offerings.
Liquid and Larder, the group responsible for popular venues such as Bistecca, The Gidley, The Rover and Alfie’s, will serve as the exclusive food and beverage partner for the boutique Redfern hotel, with venues set to open in November.
Located on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, the 102-room The Eve Hotel sits within a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service.
Liquid and Larder has taken a “community-first” approach to the hotel’s dining and drinking experiences.
“We are known across our portfolio of restaurants and bars for providing our guests with extraordinary sensory experiences and challenging the status quo,” said Liquid and Larder Co-Founder and Director, James Bradey.
“Having the opportunity to playfully curate multiple spaces and experiences is what excites us most about entering the world of hotels.
“The Eve will be an urban escapism, stylish and transportive and our venues will carry through that sense of wanderlust.
In addition to its F&B offerings, Wunderlich Lane will offer boutique shopping, beauty and wellness, and design-led commercial and event spaces.
TFE Hotels Chief Executive Officer, Antony Ritch, believes The Eve will set a new standard for hospitality and leisure experiences in Sydney.
“Every aspect of The Eve has been crafted to evoke a sense of style and sophistication and we’re incredibly fortunate to be partnering with James, Warren, and the whole Liquid and Larder team who share our vision for the hotel,” he said.
For Liquid and Larder, the partnership provides “an exciting challenge” for its leadership team.
“What drew us to The Eve was a shared vision to create Sydney’s best hotel experience, and the brand’s exceptional attention to detail,” he said.
“We really care about how we operate and the service we provide, and The Eve team share our values. I can’t wait to share these fantastic new hospitality concepts with the world.
“[The partnership] creates internal growth opportunities and brand extensions and will mean approximately 100 new hires across the group.
“We are currently recruiting for key roles from venue managers and head office to chefs, bartenders and wait staff.”
