Mariott International is set to introduce a multi-city dining series spanning six iconic luxury hotels across Asia Pacific.
Running from September to November, the Luxury Group Dining Series presents bespoke dining experiences crafted by top culinary talents from across the region.
The series, which activates 23 restaurants and bars and involves over 55 culinary talents from 25 hotels and resorts, takes places in six key cities: Tokyo, Bali, Melbourne, Bangkok, Mumbai, and Singapore.
“The Luxury Group Dining Series reflects our commitment to offering travellers immersive and sophisticated dining experiences,” said Marriott International Managing Director, Luxury, Asia Pacific (excluding China), Oriol Montal.

Six iconic luxury hotels have been handpicked for the series including The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, The St. Regis Bali, The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, and The St. Regis Mumbai.
At The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, Michelin-starred Chef Angelo Aglianó from The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will bring his signature dishes to Atria, while at The St. Regis Mumbai, Michelin-starred Chef Miguel Navarro from Mallorca will elevate Koishii, alongside top regional chefs for a special brunch and patisserie masterclass.
