Adelaide’s first Little National Hotel is now expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, following the recent appointment of Synergy Construct for the build, Doma Group has revealed.
Site establishment has commenced on the 21-storey structure at 100 North Terrace.

The hotel’s 238 rooms will be a mix of standard Little National Hotel Rooms, ‘big’ rooms including one-and two-bedroom suites and two luxury penthouses – a new offering for the brand.
Each room will offer the brand’s trademark wall-to-wall windows, super king size beds and Byredo amenities.
On level 2, a 250sqm commercial grade gym facility fitted with Technogym equipment will be accessible to all hotel guests, as well as an exclusive bar and lounge.
