Pan Pacific Perth has unveiled its newly refurbished convention floor, the largest hotel conference and event space in Perth’s CBD.

Spanning over 2,500 square metres, the new offering can cater to a wide range of events, from board meetings to large-scale conferences and galas.

Designed to optimise natural light with modern aesthetics, and local influences, the new spaces reflect Western Australia’s landscape.

“The new convention floor marks a defining moment in the evolution of Perth’s MICE scene. As the largest hotel-based conference space in the CBD, we are perfectly positioned to host a diverse array of events,” said Pan Pacific Perth General Manager, Paul Flett.

“With the growing demand for dynamic, versatile venues, our new spaces blend modern sophistication with the warm hospitality Pan Pacific is known for. Whether it’s a board meeting or a grand gala, we’re committed to delivering world-class experiences that leave lasting impressions.”

The largest venue, The Golden Ballroom, can accommodate up to 700 guests, while The Grand River Ballroom offers views of the Swan River and a capacity for up to 600 guests.

The Pilbara Room offers natural light and connects guests with Perth’s outdoor beauty and The Boardroom provides an executive setting with a terrace view and ample daylight.

The Goldsworthy and Hamersley Rooms can function independently or combine for larger events.

State-of-the-art audiovisual support is provided by Encore Event Technologies and LED screens will be installed in early 2025.

Executive Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala has developed bespoke menus that spotlight local produce.

The convention floor upgrade is part of a broader hotel transformation which has seen a refresh of 392 guest rooms and suites.

The final stages will include upgrades to the porte cochère, lobby, and the exclusive Pacific Club Lounge.
