1834 Hotels has secured a management agreement for a new Wyndham Garden hotel in the seaside town of Inverloch in Victoria, in a partnership with Forte Developments and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.
The white label management company will drive operations at Wyndham Garden Inverloch, which is slated to open in mid-2026, with the aim of delivering a distinctive hospitality experience.
“We’re excited to expand our new builds with Wyndham Garden Inverloch, exemplifying our commitment to high-quality, purpose-built hotels in sought-after Australian destinations,” said 1834 Hotels Director of Development, Scott Armstrong.
Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Vice President of Development – South East Asia and Pacific Rim, Matt Holmes, said the partnership will leverage Wyndham’s strong brand and extensive distribution network.
“We’re excited to bring Wyndham Garden Inverloch to life, ensuring a memorable experience for guests in this exceptional location,” Holmes said.
Developed by William Tan and Simon Teo of Forte Group, Wyndham Garden Inverloch will offer a “modern, nature-inspired retreat” – in line with the brand’s focus on guest-centric design with efficient, nature-driven layouts.
