Accor’s Vice President of Accor Academy and Talent Development for the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific region, Kay Goodman, has been named in Human Resources Director’s (HRD) coveted 2023 HR Global 100 list.
The annual report features leaders who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their companies and people over the past 12 months, while navigating challenges and driving innovation.
Overseeing the Accor Academy, Goodman is involved in uniting 40 countries, managing over 120,000 team members, 1,000+ hotels, and an expanding portfolio of adjacent businesses.
With more than three decades of diverse experience across various levels within renowned international brands and with qualifications across multiple disciplines, Accor says Goodman brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development, driving organisational change, fostering cultural transformation, and strategic planning.
