Beachfront resort Club Wyndham Dunsborough, located in Western Australia’s Margaret River region, has unveiled a AU$5 million refurbishment of all 82 apartments in the complex.
A fresh colour palette, inspired by Geographe Bay’s sand, sea and sun, has been introduced in the apartments with clean and neutral whites and soft greys, alongside photography of local landmarks and nature.
New furnishings have been selected to enhance guest comfort and relaxation; common spaces have been refloored with high-quality vinyl, while 100% wool carpets have been added to the bedroom areas for greater warmth and comfort.
All bathrooms and powder rooms have also been refreshed and the floor plan of the two-bedroom Grand apartments have been reorganised to include an ensuite attached to the main bedroom for improved privacy.
“Our commitment to our Club Wyndham South Pacific members is to keep their properties modern and fresh by continually updating what we offer and providing this type of renewal under a multi-year refurbishment calendar,” said Travel and Leisure Co. Senior Vice President Operations, Warren Cullum.
“Spanning over two years and costing approximately AU$5 million, this staged refurbishment has been extensive. In the last few years, we have also rolled out a free activities and complimentary equipment hire program across the club portfolio and club members have benefited at Dunsborough with complimentary access to e-bikes, push bikes, kayaks, and fishing equipment.”
Quality used furniture from the property was donated to local non-profit organisations and charities.
Club Wyndham Dunsborough is managed and developed by Travel and Leisure Co., and part of the Club Wyndham South Pacific vacation club.
The resort features a pool with an ocean view, gym, tennis court, volleyball net, function rooms and Toby’s Restaurant and Bar.
