Cluster leadership announced at The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton in Brisbane
The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane have bolstered their Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with four new appointments.
Kelvin Ramm has been named Cluster General Manager for The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. Valerie Wade joins as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing; Julie-Ann Watt takes up the role of Cluster Director of Sales, and Pamli Bose has been appointed Cluster Director of Finance.

A former chartered accountant, Ramm’s career in hotels began at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa in 2001 and has held senior leadership roles across the Marriott portfolio, including as General Manager of their Melbourne and Brisbane five-star properties.

Wade, a multi-award-winning hotel professional, returns to Queensland after 15 years in Dubai, leading sales and marketing teams for properties including Jumeirah Beach Hotel and JW Marriott Marquis. She brings more than 30 years of experience from roles across Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
Watt has spent two decades leading teams at luxury properties throughout Queensland, including 11 years at Marriott properties, while Bose’s hotel career trajectory has taken her from a graduate accountant position to executive leadership roles within Marriott International, most recently at The Brisbane Marriott Hotel.
New GM for Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort
Outrigger Hospitality Group has appointed Craig A. Waterman as General Manager of its flagship Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, which recently completed a US$85 million transformation.
Waterman will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and be responsible for the effective management and profitability of each department.
Waterman brings more than two decades of hospitality experience across all aspects of resort operations, sales and marketing, renovations, openings and transitions.
He most recently served as the Area General Manager for Davidson Hospitality based out of Long Branch, New Jersey, and has held leadership roles at renowned hospitality groups including Hyatt, Two Roads, Sage, Starwood and the Ritz-Carlton.

Guillaume Marly to lead new Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch
Popular hotelier Guillaume Marly has been appointed as General Manager of the highly anticipated Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch.
Marly, an industry veteran with almost 30 years of luxury hospitality experience who was most recently at Hotel Café Royal, will spearhead the operations of the landmark property as it concludes its development and prepares to welcome its first guests.
