Capella Sydney is expanding its wellness offering through an exclusive partnership with global pilates business Fluidform, tapping into the estimated AU$950 billion global wellness tourism market.

Coinciding with the hotel’s new Season of Wellness campaign, guests will gain access to Fluidform at Home sessions, filmed on-site and led by Fluidform founder, Kirsten King, from the comfort of their room

The collaboration features six 20-minute bespoke workouts, targeting various areas of the body, complemented by mobility and stretching routines. Guests can also book one-on-one movement consultations with a Fluidform instructor.

King has also curated a bespoke rebalance spa treatment at the hotel’s Auriga Spa, and collaborated with the hotel on an wellness-focused in-room dining menu.

Beyond the guest experience, Capella Sydney has also launched an exclusive wellness membership for local residents and corporate clients, offering unlimited access to the hotel’s wellness facilities, complimentary spa treatments at Auriga Spa, personalised training sessions, and exclusive access to the hotel’s monthly programming, in addition to a Fluidform at Home membership.

“We are delighted to partner with Fluidform to bring an unparalleled level of wellness to our guests – making this the first initiative of its kind for an urban hotel in Australia,” said Capella Sydney General Manager, Marc von Arnim.

“This program, along with our new wellness membership, underscores our commitment to holistic health and elevates the guest experience, setting a new standard in luxury hospitality.”

Fluidform Founder, Kirsten King, said the partnership marks a “significant step in making wellness an integral part of the guest experience”.

“Travel should never compromise on health and wellbeing,” she said.

“Together, we have designed a holistic itinerary merging movement with recovery and nutrition, creating a sanctuary where guests can rejuvenate, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.”
