Twelve Pro-invest Group properties in Australia have achieved a minimum of 3.5 stars on the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS).
Out of an estimated 6,000 properties in Australia, fewer than 200 hotels have a NABERS rating, which measures energy, water, and environmental efficiency.
The latest figures show the majority of Pro-invest Group properties scored between 4.5 stars to 5.5 stars for energy and water savings.

This year, the Australian Government introduced a new policy that places greater emphasis on sustainability in procurement processes, with the NABERS rating becoming a key criterion for selecting accommodation providers.
Since its inception, Pro-invest Group has had a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable considerations throughout the investment process, asset development, management and guest experience.
The group more than doubled its GRESB Real Estate scores – an independent assessment of ESG performance data – between 2017 and 2024, from 29 to 72 out of 100.
