Grand Hyatt Deer Valley has officially opened in Utah, welcoming guests as a premier destination for sophisticated travel and all-season adventure.

This captivating resort features approximately 436 luxury accommodations, including 55 residences, and introduces a variety of culinary concepts, promising an exceptional experience for all.

The resort anchors the newly developed Deer Valley East Village–the first luxury alpine village of its kind in North America since 1981, which is being developed by the visionary Extell Development Company–and is set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains.

Grand Hyatt Deer Valley provides direct access to Deer Valley Resort, including the 300-plus new skiable acres, 20 debut runs, and three new chairlifts, and is expected to open for the 2024/2025 season in December, conditions permitting.

“Grand Hyatt Deer Valley proudly welcomes visitors and the local community to experience this transformative moment for both the ski industry and the region,” said Hyatt Area Vice President and General Manager of Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, Anthony Duggan.

“We’re committed to continuing to foster connections with local businesses and organisations, and together, we’ll offer our guests truly authentic experiences that highlight the best that our destination has to offer—from premium accommodations to exceptional dining and unforgettable outdoor adventures.”

The resort’s 381 spacious, luxurious guest rooms welcome in breathtaking views of the iconic Rocky Mountains, Heber Valley and Jordanelle Reservoir through oversized windows that frame the stunning landscape.

Getting to Salt Lake City

Book a ticket on the long-haul sector in United’s Polaris Business Class cabin, which features flatbed seats, pyjamas (on flights over 12 hours), all-new Saks Fifth Avenue bedding and onboard amenities from Therabody – including a kit that features an eye serum, face spray, hand cream and cleansing towelette exclusive to United customers – alongside fantastic inflight food and drinks (including an a new, brilliant wine menu), premium noise-reducing headphones and fantastic inflight hospitality.

It’s an exciting time for United, with the carrier dramatically increasing Asia-Pacific and European services and debuting new United Clubs across the network.
